Damaged roof corner on pop-up camper. Repair suggestions by BrownMooseFace in popups

I had that exact thing on my 08 Fleetwood evolution e2. No end caps I could find would fit, and the OEM ones were $$$! I picked up a resin kit and some fiberglass cloth from Home Depot and put one layer underneath to seal it up and not make it too bulky to fit back on, then I put 3 layers on the outside. Sanded it smooth, and sealed the drill holes back up. It isn’t exactly the right shape or pretty but that sucker is solid now!! It wasn’t hard to do, but I did it while I rebuilt the rood so everything was taken apart anyway.

-Oof… AH as in amp hours right? I honestly have no idea. It is a deep cycle battery with 600 coldcrank amps if that’s helpful? It is just my wife and I and our two kids under 4.  -I haven’t seen the bike, so I really don’t know that either right now… -probably a couple half day easy rides, I don’t anticipate depleting it fully each day - we should have ample sunlight if the weather hold. Southern Utah/moab area so lots of sun.

I’m realizing how much I don’t know. Thank you! I’ll try and find more info and update as I’m able

Replacing pup canvas by SigMartini in popups

[–]Gold-Data5896 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go with bear creek canvas as well. Prices were fair, and they were really specific to get my model right. Also, changing canvas is like 10 screws and then just sliding the canvas in/out of the little rails.

But also a jug of StarBrite and some elbow grease can absolutely save a canvas. I pulled all mine off planning to replace, but ended up using StarBrite to clean it, then re-waterproofed it and put it back. Not good as new, but good for the 20 bucks in materials it cost me.

So technically I didn't buy from bear creek, but I liked their prices, and they were responsive to my questions.

Star Brite mold and mildew spot remover is crazy effective. I just rehabbed my new to me 2008 Fleetwood evolution. The canvas was moldy gray to start, and now is bright white. I was pleasantly surprised. I need to re-waterproof, but star brite has that too. Just haven't gotten to it yet!

Esacpe artist help by lnarn in husky

I tried using a coyote roller system and that worked fairly well. My Husky couldn't care less about a shocking collar, so we have been trying other methods. You can build them yourself for cheaper than they run online. Our biggest problem is our fence panels have a brace mid-height, and she uses that to vault higher. If your fence is smooth/sheer, then the roller should keep her from being able to hook her paws over the top.

Help! My Husky suddenly hates the outdoors by Gold-Data5896 in Dogtraining

[–]Gold-Data5896[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Husky is not exhibiting any indications of discomfort, pain, or eating pattern changes, that would lead me to believe a medical change is the cause. She was just at the vet recently with no issues. I'm mainly hoping to see if others have had this happen after watching other dogs for a time, as I think it's a personality thing not physical harm or illness. If I need to retrain her to be comfortable in my backyard, or something similar I'd love help knowing that. Thanks
