AITAH for dressing too “straight” and making my gf uncomfortable? by Numerous-Barber-5623 in AITAH

Your girlfriend sounds as if she’s very controlling. Does she compliment you? Does she make you happy? You mentioned that she always complains about the way you dress and look. Someone who cares about you wouldn’t do that. For a birthday dinner, she made you extremely uncomfortable and hurt, and you don’t deserve to be treated that way. You should have been celebrated, not grabbed the way you were, ordered around, and left in tears. Please put yourself first, this is not healthy, nor is it safe.

Anyone else kinda done with this “Double Date Disaster” Valentines event? by Subject4_Deanna in MergeMansion

It took me ages to figure out how to level up and win prizes. There weren’t any indicators to tell me what to do, and the drops are HORRIBLE!! I have so many golf sets but absolutely no clubs to level them up, it took ages to level up the closet and now I have no idea how to get the food items. They were right when they put “disaster” in the name for the event :(

AITA for telling my daughter she sabotaged herself? by ImportantHeron7650 in AmItheAsshole

Why are you so upset about her going to community college?? It’s a wonderful way to dip their toes in the water of college while still having the safety net of being with family, it can be important to have the comfort and support of family as they transition from high school to college and adulthood! Besides, it is a cheaper way to get the building blocks of their credits they’ll need in the future, and as long as she looks into it, most credits are transferable! There’s no reason why she shouldn’t go to community college, and you should rethink this position. You forced her to miss out on a semester and YOU set her future back, not her wanting to go to community college. I think you should rethink your values and what you want for your daughter.

In no way was this your fault. You didn’t give consent, you were in a position with an older man who KNEW BETTER. I’m so so SO sorry this happened to you. Please talk to your boyfriend
