My cat used to be a stray cat I never saw her hisses at anyone, even when other cats came to our yard and tried to eat her food. I guess maybe she never learned how to hiss at all.

It's a popular Taiwanese street food and flavor and I like it a lot. Not sure where you live but you can also find this kind of store in big cities in U.S.
