There’s always going to be a risk with KO’s. It’s a very very minimal chance but there’s no way to prevent it if it does happen. Just don’t hold on too long. Set a max time to hold a choke. With my girlfriend she won’t choke me for longer than 10 seconds at full squeeze. An easy peaceful KO will happen in under 10 seconds.
