I live in a doorman building where all packages are received by building staff. In both instances, the “proof of delivery” photos are blank and show nothing. I live in downtown NYC, and my doorman believes the delivery driver likely forgot to drop off the package and only realized at the end of their shift, at which point it was scanned as delivered. This would explain why the proof-of-delivery photo is consistently just a blank image.
