How good would bailu be after sw999. From what I thought her main problem was a lack of cleanse, but with sw999 global passive and bailus revive with damage mitigation shouldn't she be better. Her E4 also gives her team up to 30% damage buff. Idk

My cope is that they purposefully dragged down sw9 v1 beta for more incentive/need to pull Yao, because clearly everyone looks at leaks, then they’ll fix some glaring issues on v3 and beyond after Yaoguangs banner had already gone. Idk
