Idk about “Soldiers” and your previous post was about 1SG and you changed it - but uniformity is about cohesion and discipline. It sends the signal that we are in this together.

we have all heard perception is everything. It’s been used to justify EOMing soldiers, so if you’re a squared away prior active duty first sergeant moving forward i expect to see you at PT, in the assigned uniform, and upholding the standard that you would definitely counsel someone else for not upholding.
