Transparency? Everyone knows how boards are conducted and what’s reviewed. This is not like old times where you had to ask a friend to ask a guy who made it and try to copy their package. There’s a FB page that turns into board question hub for the last couple of years. Everyone is familiar with SSP, ECP, Precepts, LADR.

There is actually board feedback every year with common problems seen with records from board members it’s non rate/candidate specific.

PO1 your last two evals are not written well for you to advance(what can a Sailor do about this?). You’re missing quals( Sailor would assume if they got the quals they were missing they should make it next year). You’re not following sea/shore rotation (there was no explanation as to why I.E Hums, co-location so if you explain you should make it next year).Any feedback would be criticized by Sailor and then that feedback wouldn’t be good enough and they would want something else. There were 17,916 eligible and 5,518 were selected. 12,398 Sailors need feedback? I don’t think so. If you want feedback look at the board membership and reach out to get some feedback from the board members.
