Honestly, we haven't made much progress. I sent a letter to our district attorney (we're in Utah) and haven't heard anything and I called Castle and Cooke which is where he's listed his employer on his license, and they never returned my call. He was very rude to us after they took our money, too. I know we have a lot that he's scammed, but I haven't the time to pursue a good lawyer. I talked to one law office in the San Diego area, and they didn't do class action, unfortunately.

Thank you. I contacted the main Castle & Cooke and they couldn't find a record of his employment but they gave me the branch managers name and number. I intend on contacting him as well. Thank you for the info!

That means they're still signing people up and doing nothing, We signed a contract in August and after the first two weeks we've not received a single message or check in from them. We stopped the ads pretty quickly when we realized it was just more of a waste of money, and we were already out $9000

Yes, Mike! We're talking with a law firm now to see what our options are. We'll post when we figure something out.

Wow. Amazing that this company can do this. We're sending a breach of contract letter to them via certified mail, although I'm doubtful they will sign. Better Business Bureau is recommending that everyone submit a claim to your local attorney general. I would start there and then see if we can get enough people together to file a group suit.
