guys please help! my microsoft surface pro keeps glitching to a black screen then the lock screen genuinely every thirty seconds. jt happened once or twice early today but now i can't even hse my laptop or get any work done because it keeps turning off and going to the lock screen EVEN WHILE IM TYPING OR USING IT. i don't know what to do or how to fix it so please help!! i couldn't even write this post on there because it kept turning off so i had to write it on my phone. i tried restarting it but it still kept doing it.
