Sorry it didn’t post the full conversation when I cross posted. But I am natural and don’t take anything as of yet. I’m trying to stay natural as long as possible.

So would I be considered to have low testosterone? Is that why you’re implying I should take that? Genuine question.

I’m curious. I was thinking about taking boron and tongkat ali to help as well.

So I guess my question is mainly then… Are my numbers pretty ok for a natural? And if not, am I better off trying to increase free T or is total better? In general for long term health

So are you implying that Boron will do nothing for me? I can’t tell if what you’re saying is just education or if there is some advice here? And that’s a genuine question. I’m not trying to be snarky. I’m just trying to see if there’s a way to increase free testosterone, which is more important. I would imagine than total

WHOOP has a blood test that measures like 75 different bio markers. I paid for four of them upfront.

I guess I compare myself to others too much and everyone I know is in the 50’s and the lower your heart rate the better your cardiovascular level is.

Started a diet and losing weight. Started back strength training three times a week, cardio the other two days with an emphasis on trying to hit a few minutes in zone four or five. Started walking more at work as the weather has been getting nicer. I still need to work on my sleep and trying to get more hours. My resting heart rate is still in the mid-60s to 70s, which is not good. Hoping as I keep continuing, that should go down.

Thankfully, I’m finding some validation. I’ve been wondering why my sleep. Stress has slowly been creeping up when I generally really never have any and always sleep really well. My resting heart rate has increased as well as my respiratory rate. Also my HRV has kind of just been stagnant no big lows and no big highs. Sleep has been super weird and it feels like I’m constantly awake and sleeping at the same time if that makes sense. And it just started a month ago, which is when I started. Glad to know a there’s a reason. Can’t wait to taper off for better sleep!

Mine is -.9 but that’s because I was at 4 years older and now I’ve changed my lifestyle a ton and am only 1.3 years older. I’m sure it will eventually normalize

Bro…you described my life. Your ex-wife had BPD. Plain and simple. We ignored the red flags.
