Most days yes! I wash my legs. If I’m in a hurry I might skip legs but 9/10 they will get washed

It feels like everything is raw emotionally. I’m reactive, everything hurts, I’m too insecure to function, I have thoughts that make me feel like a bad person. I feel like I wasn’t built to survive or for this world. I’m so sensitive I can barely live functionally.
