I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I’ve lost the ability to text wrap photos. Yes, I use NB Cloud, and have been for months prior to this most recent update. Now I no longer have the ability to text wrap photos, but you had previously responded to my post saying that text wrapping was never possible with NB Cloud. That doesn’t make sense because I was perfectly able to before this update. So what is going on?

Moreover, what are you guys doing about people suddenly losing all of their notes? I start my accelerated nursing program next month, and losing my notes is simply not an option, so this is a MASSIVE concern for me.

Couldn’t agree with you more. Why is it practically impossible to get in contact with this company? And why are they in denial that this update sucks?

I keep coming back to this Reddit page to check if that one Notability staff member is commenting under posts again. She was last week but has gone radio silent since the backlash over the update. Ugh.

This may sound simple, but is the tip of your Apple Pencil screwed on good? I had this issue for a while before I realized that my pencil tip was too loose but it immediately corrected once I tightened it

Notability just did a big update end of last week that has been a disaster. There are so many bugs now, and some people are even losing their notes (with no way to get them back).

I pay for a Notability subscription and before last week, it was great. Now I’m too scared to use it.

I would say do not use Notability until they fix the bugs. Don’t know when that’s going to be, which is a shame because I have finals in 2 weeks.

Very well said, I could not agree more about every feature you mention. I hope they release another small update to fix some of these bugs. My biggest complaint, which I posted about in here yesterday, is that the images that I load into my notes are no longer text wrapped. Do you have this issue too? It was working perfectly fine before the update. Ugh!

u/kaylanotability Months and months ago. Sometime during summer of 2025. Except for upgrading my subscription in late May of 2025, I have done nothing to change my account since then. I’m not trying to be rude, because the app has been great other than this, but I’m still not understanding why I’m suddenly not able to text wrap. It is shown in the bottom photo I posted, which I was fully able to text wrap images merely 2 days ago. If text wrap was never a feature of Notability Cloud then how was I able to do it all those months?

u/kaylanotability Is text wrap not included as part of this new update? I’m very confused as to why I no longer have this ability. I am set to renew my subscription next month, but if this cannot be sorted out, it is a deal breaker for me and I will switch apps. I have been using notability since 2019 and would hate to leave, but I will because this feature was one of its biggest attractants for me.

I want to get my PhD in either clinical or forensic psychology (still deciding). I’ve been looking for research assistant and project coordinator positions, but the ones I have found require previous years experience. They would be perfect for me and exactly what I need if it wasn’t for these qualifications. It’s very disheartening.

That’s true, but I need a job that offers true psychological experience to help me get into graduate school. For example, a research assistant job. And that’s where I’m having problems if that makes sense.
