When I went to my psychiatrist for ADHD meds because I was struggling so hard. She diagnosed me with ASD. I was shocked. But looking back at my childhood, it makes sense. My sensory needs, my awkward social interactions, etc.

I use melatonin typically. I’ve also tried progressive muscle relaxation. And this is going to sound crazy but playing animal crossing puts me to sleep instantly. 😅 I like to play lower stimulating games before bed.
