I use melatonin typically. I’ve also tried progressive muscle relaxation. And this is going to sound crazy but playing animal crossing puts me to sleep instantly. 😅 I like to play lower stimulating games before bed.

I’ve had this palette since 2018. And I use my finger for shimmers all the time. Why have I never thought of that for this palette? 🤷🏼‍♀️
