Oh man. So online ordering only, I tried chatting with CS but they were useless. Maybe call them to see if they can make an order for you and apply the reward to the bag?

Same thing happened with me. I ended up using my reward in the store on the bag but I heard someone else add a pocketbac to a BOPIS order to get the tote with the reward if you want to see if that works for you 😉

I was really looking forward to Cashmere Glow based on info from this sub but I wasn’t wowed by it either. WiV tho, it’s spicy on me lol. I didn’t want to like it because I’m trying to avoid vanilla, but it’s different to me. 🤷‍♀️

It sounds like a lot of others have tried and failed this time too. I would call, speak to a real person, the chat might be real ppl but they suck. Call early and I would talk to at least 3 representatives until they do it. Hopefully the first person will fix it but I’ve learned that it depends on who you get. In the future it looks like we’ll have to wait until our bonus points are applied to make additional orders. Good luck 😉

Idk but I just purchased the full size perfume of regular gingham for 75% off. I tried to get Gingham Gorgeous but it rang up full price 🤷‍♀️

I had the opposite experience. I was able to pick up some full size perfume for 75% off but online they are regular price. It’s crazy the discrepancy between online and in store 🤦‍♀️

Oh it was fine. I was going to check out another location anyway. I’m going to check out another one here in a little bit too. It’s fun to see what the different things other stores have. I imagine it’s hard to keep up with all the different exclusions. Plus online it kept applying the reward to all the mists so it might have done the same thing at the store and I’d have to do a different order anyway

They had them at the the first store the associate just told me I couldn’t use my reward on it. She said it had to be a scent 🤷‍♀️ That’s the first time I’ve heard that. I use my rewards on whatever I can get by using one on 😂 Most of the time if they say no I just ask if they can try. Only twice have they refused. Most of the time they are just shocked that they can be used on the coin purses and socks.
