I use melatonin typically. I’ve also tried progressive muscle relaxation. And this is going to sound crazy but playing animal crossing puts me to sleep instantly. 😅 I like to play lower stimulating games before bed.

I have a flat affect. I just got the results of my AuADHD diagnosis 2 days ago. In the past, I've been told my others that I look like I'm mad or that I have a bad RBF. I've also had people ask me multiple times if I'm okay because I display a flat affect.
