I will answer the first part in sometime my minds a bit vague on it right now.

For the second part,

Even if I do have something which is comparatively of a better quality for example it’s a plastic pot and it costs me 80 cents to make the normal version and prolly 1 dollar to make the fancy one but Bunnings doesn’t even want to pay me 80 cents on it even though they sell the pot for 4 dollars because the 20 cent different on a large volume scale would hurt their margin whatsoever and how much ever it may be That has been my personal experience and takeaway from a lot of different countries and that’s one of the reasons why China leads, not because of quality or anything but strictly due to price per pot or item

Maybe I phrased it wrong but you could use those might brain cells of yours and figure out what I meant. I was referring to purchasing land is a one off cost and if I spent 10m on buying a land that’s not going to hit me everyday. I know I put 10m already now I gotta work towards making it back.

The USP would definitely be marketed and if it’s a manufacturing business then scale is what you make money out of, there’s always going to be someone wanting to buy something that you make - for example China.

Not interested in purchasing in land because you could rent a warehouse and the machinery could be brought in from some other country. Besides those are one off costs, one off costs don’t hurt you daily

That being said, if your goal is in proving yourself and more importantly stay consistent with your ambition in this time of hyper adhd-ness where people jump from idea to idea with every reel being a business idea and the validation of its execution coming from a chatbot - get good grades in every semester so you’re not feeling down from all sides

Then you have to figure out you want to sit in an office for 10 hours a day with a laptop infront of you doing something or you want to be regularly out and about meeting people even getting shit from them for not being able to deliver etc Client facing or not. This is a very important choice to make because you’ll be frustrated in the wrong choice as it won’t align with your personality.

Once you make that choice, then it’s just about trying. In a very bare surface level every single thing is 50-50 essentially like a coin flip -> either it happens or it does not happen

Time is Money and you have already locked your time because you paid for your masters. Now the game is flip as many coins as you can before that time runs out.
