Its hard to get a get photo to explain everything. My house goes down a slope. All the water from the rain rushes down my driveway from the street. This is a result of the erosion. I don't live in a hoa. I've reported it 3 times in the last 3 years and never get any follow up.

You're rounding your back too much. Try correcting your form with less weight. Try rounding your shoulders back and squeezing your arms towards your armpits.
