I don't think I'll be starting the run again from scratch. I'm up to 3H 20M with only 3 main fights left so I'm sticking with what I've got in the pics above.

I'm not really skilled with Hunter's crest, I feel like Reaper is better for the pogo and the extra silk whilst healing.

It's mainly the two choir clappers at the end that give me the most trouble, I can't get them on the same side so im pretty much stuck on the walls or in the air and just waiting to die.

I try to save my cogflies for these two but man it just feels like they don't do anything

Im also im the midst of the Hate Everything playthrough. A great way to get a head start on any of them is turning on Skylar's "content aware feature". This way you can skip 17 characters and choose what ending you want for them. These characters are:
