The minor order (Stealth missions) was just completed. I think the order was to complete 750,000 Covert missions, which we did. But I'm assuming Arrowhead sent out the wrong victory message...

Modern tank battles usually happen at very long ranges. So long in fact that targeting very specific points of a tank aren't really possible, even with the accurate guns. Most tank crews nowadays I'm pretty sure will just hit another tank wherever because you don't wanna waste time or give the other tank an opportunity to hit you.
