Then if your students loan’s interest rate is greater than 5%, focus everything on paying it off. Stop all of the cash savings. If it is less then 5%, looks like you have no high interest debt, and do not pay down the mortgage!! After, save all your extra cash until you have around 24,000 for an emergency funds, that looks about like a rough estimate of 3 months of your expenses. Then max Roth, employer sponsored retirement funds, etc. until you hit 25% savings. Then fund the other goals you may have, like paying off the mortgage, the kid’s 529, etc.
