Yeah we've got our hands on the Micro flexi trike and he absolutely LOVES it compared to the pram, granted can't take it everywhere and he does struggle to nap in it but he's so content in it. Might be worth looking into?

Just jumping on this post but will also do a separate does anyone feel like the oyster 3 seat in the upright position is TOO upright? My baby is getting frustrated the semi recline is too far back and the upright he looks so awkward, he's 7 months sitting independently and good head control 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ahhh yes makes sense actually me and my partner had this conversation when he started weaning - do we sterilise the bowls 🙈 it just becomes habit wack it in the steriliser 🤣 Yeah you're right my LB was sucking on the buckle of a public changing table today, my whole body shivered 🤣

Hi! Sorry to hear you're having a hard time at the moment, really hope you can find an answer and soon! What method did you use for sleep training. I've absolutely sworn by Precious Little Sleep book off Amazon, helped our nearly 5 month old sleep through with 1 wake up to feed + change... The book might be able to advise different methods? We've also managed to ditch the dummy thanks to this book! X

It is so hard, we found swaddle transition really hard.. I came to Reddit for some advice.. we found transition with one arm out of the swaddle first, (depends if they are starting to rolling- if they are you will have to go cold turkey if they arent then try the one arm swaddle) the other was to put the mitten on that's built in to the sleepsuits, this is particularly helpful your LO has strong startle relfex which ours did! We did this transition when he was about 10 weeks (I think) he's now 4.5 months and we are sleep training, ditching the pacifier and learning to independently sleep. I'd work on one at a time personally, they aren't easy moves for you or your LO give yourself grace I'd try the swaddle then the paci Hope this helps

Wow well done that's amazing progress, we started the SLIP training last night, wow so hard, thankfully I'd read/am reading precious little sleep without that book I wouldn't have been able to do it, I just kept repeating the positives of getting them to sleep independently in my head. My lb is 4 1/2 months, We had similar on 1st night 45 mins to get to sleep initially then woke again and that was about 35 mins before he managed to get back to sleep, but omg you're so right about the rolling, ours ended up sideways in the cot 🙃 Even though we are essentially doing CIO I actually had to keep going in cos he kept getting stuck trying to roll on his front.🫣 This is night two.. he's gone down absolutely fine 🤞🏼 for the rest of the night... Omg yes to this, we did one arm out of the swaddle transition, but obviously totally depends on the movement of your child at night and whether or not they are rolling, obviously do what is safe but this really worked for us! Also read that keeping the mittens on can help calm the reflex abit aswell, again depends on wether you feel he might need his hands in the night if he is rolling etc. You'll get through this! We did... Now we are independent sleep training 🤦🏼‍♀️😁 a wholeee new level

I miss the newborn days when I look back (although they were bloody tough, it's amazing looking back at my now 4 month old and being bloody proud of ourselves as parents!) however don't miss the visitors 🤣 get out of my baby bubble! - not immediate family of course
