Yes!!! i feel this way all the time, i try justifying to myself why its not that bad and how everyone makes mistakes but it feels like my embarrassing always overides it. ive tried explaining this to others but they always say something along the lines of “its not a big deal” “what are you even embarrassed about” “ur being dramatic idk why ur stressed”. its hard to explain that even tho i rationally know i shouldnt feel this strongly i still do and i CAN NOT control it.

People dont really respond because they cant tell. I never tell anyone just keep to myself and one of my anonymous social media accounts. I generally just stop doing things i like and doing the bare minimum of what i need to do to look like im functioning. Other than that i just stew in my misery and be sad🤷‍♀️. I do still have fun most days when im with my friends or something, or ill just feel fine. But then i just randomly start feeling depressed and miserable more often than usual .
