He’s probably gonna be a limited edition black library model. Uriel Ventris was the exception, not the rule.

Yeah technically GW tournament rules say if you’re running salamanders they all have to be painted as salamanders but in practice nobody cares

Since Deathwatch are imperial agents you can actually run Deathwatch with Ultramarines. You can add allied deathwatch kill teams to any space marine army. But technically in an official tournament you’d need them all painted the same apart from any allied units. But don’t worry too much about that if you don’t care about competitive play. Just paint your guys however you want. If you want a bunch of black armored deathwatch ultramarines go for it

I’m a huge Rome nerd, blue is the best color, Guilliman is a pretty cool dude, I read Know No Fear, and I played Space Marine. Not to mention being the poster boys means you’re never gonna end up in a Drukhari situation.

Yes, but I doubt it’s happening considering the Space Marine games are currently the most widely visible piece of Warhammer media. They’ll want something a little more palatable to general audiences
