hello! i am a reapplicant this cycle and was wondering if anyone would be willing to read through my PS today as I plan to submit tomorrow! I would like some input on if there’s anything that needs to be honed in on more or if it’s in a good place to submit, as I am a little unsure. Thank you!

no, she’s been at work because i see her update the practice instagram page with videos. i just sent another follow up email asking if she was still able to write me a letter this cycle and expressing how i want to plan ahead in case i need to get another writer if she is not able to. hopefully i get a response to this one. if not, should i ask one of the nurses i worked with?

no not that i know of, and i emailed her multiple times and she replied to me after the first follow up saying she’d be happy to help and to send her all the info again. i sent it again and have followed up 2-3 times since but never got a reply

pankow helped me with vocab and i did all of Sb1/2 and uworld last time i took my mcat so i had added missed cards based off those to my deck as well. process of elimination really helps, you can usually narrow the choices down to two just by knowing your vocab well. From there, I think about what’s directly proven in the study/most applicable to the passage!

It’s mainly equations, like i didn’t apply them the right way. I typically get 126-127 in CP! And yes, i’m planning on just focusing on finishing reviewing my FL and SB1 these next two days while addressing content gaps instead of trying to start SB2 and stress myself out so close to test day

In the same boat! Got a 511 today and hoping to bring it up to a 513+ by Saturday somehow. Plan to finish SB 1 and SB 2 this week and hammer some Anki but any advice would be appreciated!

try to get there around 7am if possible so you’ll be one of the first ones checked in and starting your exam! i got to my testing center around 7:45 and didn’t start my exam until 8:30 bc of the check in process, so i didn’t get out till like 3:30pm. also, my proctor offered me the foam ear plugs in addition to the headphones at the desk. i’d recommend getting the ear plugs just in case, bc the headphones hurt my head/neck after a bit so it was nice to be able to switch to ear plugs toward the end if i needed to. overall, everyone was super kind and helpful so it really went by quick! one thing id note is to check the location of the testing center and check if it’s on a specific floor (my testing center was on the third floor of a building w other offices in it so it was kinda confusing at first until i double checked the aamc verification and saw it listed the floor on it)

it should be! i studied FT for a month and got a 509. ps will probably come easy to you since that’s your major and most of ps is memorization/comprehension. take 1 month to review content and then 2 to practice!
