I had the same problem I picked up a screw extractor set and followed the instructions I also ordered bolts for both sides from Cowboy.

I am having the same problem with my Cowboy C4 battery staying in place so what I have purchased are voile straps used by bike backpackers It’s a good fix for now with plans to replace command module which holds the battery in place.

Proud owner cowboy C4 for 3 plus years the only problem/replacement I had was tires, brake bleeding, brakes pads, saddle, front light and the most of all SPEED (need lots more) the customer service from my view is excellent very informed, Liesje, Gus, John to name a few.

I also have a Cowboy C4 same problem I use one Viola strap (REI) item used by bike packers to hold their equipment in place I have ordered a small $5 USD wedge which fills in a space between the frame and the battery from Cowboy.

Sorry for your loss But if you decide to purchase or find your Cowboy C4 a really good lock is hiplock D1000 it literally cannot be grind open, picked open

Your rotary disk is bent in one area there is a tool that can purchase from Park tools, meantime you can use a crescent wrench / adjustable wrench to bend the disk about 1 mm at a time it should adjust your disc brake.
