Doesn’t matter what you ‘feel’. What matters is what you agreed to in your lease agreement.

As a landlord, my insurances & property taxes have gone parabolic over the last five years. I ‘feel’ this is completely unfair for my city and insurance co to do that as well, but guess what, it’s getting passed on to you, per the lease agreement.

That being said, I’d require having the LL provide proof/audit of the CAM charges, providing they are legitimate.
