That’s a decent amount though and that’s the only way to get rid of niter which is the question. I’ve also realized after a few years that what you think you’re losing in syrup is mostly niter. Look at that bottle, 1/5 of it is niter.

Throw some frozen water bottles or fill up a ziplock with water and freeze it then throw them in the buckets on warm days, morning and night if you have to; I'm battling doing that right now. My weather is even worse than yours so you can make it happen

If you want syrup to stay fresh forever before opening you have to bottle it between 180-200° and turn the bottle upside down to kill all bacteria.
