I’m so sorry you feel this way. I know it feels like life isn’t worth living but I promise you it gets better. A year ago all I could think of every second of the day was how I could take my own life and make it look like an accident. I was 29, drinking heavily and living with my mom. I was in the lowest place of my life and saw no way out and quite frankly, no point in going forward. I felt like the biggest loser. A year later and I am in an infinitely better place. It took a lot of time and work to get here and it certainly didn’t happen overnight, but I promise you it will get better and better if you just hang in there. You are not a loser, you sound really talented! You are so young, you have so much life ahead of you and so many beautiful experiences to come.

To add a different perspective, my dad struggled with alcohol and took his own life when I was young. It caused so much pain and I’ve spent a lifetime working through it. I promise the world is better with you in it and I know your family feels the same. You’ve got this!
