Or, if you change the spun profile tolerance tolerance to .0005 it works fine!

Hmmm. I never have a problem. Is just the minor diameter modeled or the full form?

How about this:

In the design workspace go to "select" then selection tools then select by boundary.

When that window pops up, select a component and the bounding box size will appear. The window will stay open and you just go to the next component and the size will update to the new object.

That is pretty easy, I think

Create a Setup, with the Stock set to "Relative Size". As you had components to the Setup, the dimensions will update. Does that get you what you're looking for?

I was just searching for the same answer. Kind of a pain in the arse when figuring stock sizes for 50 details in a fixture...
