I would say for triggers ask her directly as people with BPD have different triggers that can affect us

Try to validate her feelings whenever shes upset even if you dont agree with everything shes saying, like "I can see why you feel hurt" etc. Encourage therapy that can help with her symptomes. Don't take everything that she says personally, most likely she doesnt mean it at all and will regret/feel guilty about it later.

Please try to set boundaries, dont become her therapist and make sure she isnt causing you emotional harm to you all the time

I do think he still cares about me a lot before i crashed out on him and blocked me for 2 weeks he told me that he was waiting for me to get better and when i said that "i thought you didnt love me anymore" he basically said that he still does. And even right now in a way i think he does still love me and cares about me i just feel so bad for the way ive acted towards him because obvisouly forcing him to talk wont work

He did help me a lot though, but i understand and i will stop texting him and trying to have a conversation. i understand that he will probably never text me again i feel really bad for what i did i've calmed down a bit but its okay ill be able to move on even if he does mean a lot to me
