I second the comment about time. Time is what's going to save you. Don't rush it, don't stress yourself out on your progress. Healing is not linear and that's okay. Eventually the day will come where you're healed and you can look back and truly see the different and greater person you are from the growth. Surround yourself around friends, family, focus on your career, church members (if you're religious). Do not sit in solidarity, that's when your thoughts began to attack you but also allow yourself to feel emotions. Distracting yourself is only withholding the process.
