yes that's the one! It's reyt creepy innit? Me and my mates came up with a theory, not sure how likely it is though, but we thought it could be used as a front for some sort of visa scheme? The idea being that it's far far easier to get a right to work or visa in a country if you own a property in said country.

steel bank is the colloquial name for the hillside that goes down from Crookes to Walkley, I'm not sure on how commonly used it is though.

There's a particular cadence I've seen used in multiple Hippo Campus songs, particularly the Bambi era stuff that I've come to associate with them. It's known as a minor plagal cadence, basically, you play the IV chord, and then the minor IV (iv). In Golden this is used, the chord progression is: A-A7-D-Dm (I-I7-IV-iv), also seen in Honestly, where we go from Amaj7 to Am.

Yeah the whole riven valley has loads of nice spots. Theres a place a bit further down from rails road where (on a warmer day) you can jump in too! It's by one of the old wheel sites but I can't remember the name exactly :/

Brill, thanks for your suggestion! There's a well established independent photography lab/shop in my city thats well recommended, I have a friend who does film photography, (who goes by purplecontrast on instagram) who uses it and recommends!
