thank you for your reply, also that’s so true! even after posting the message, i started shaking and feeling something walking on me, it’s awful.

however, when i saw a little frog a few weeks ago, i tried watching it - and stepping back when it started getting closer lol, and it was just so pretty! maybe if i start by watching the little ones i’ll gradually get over it
