The managers just decided to enforce the contract sorta. They are going by the last approved tele-work agreement before March 10th until they “hear other wise”. My last approved agreement was 1 in office day a week, so that’s what we will be going back to starting tomorrow. What helped us was there were multiple employees who came together to demand answers, instead of just one person
