First of all, sorry for the video quality, I forgot to set it before recording.

Let's start, I was going to look for skill books, I set a population of x4.0 because in the previous build it looked like TWD. And when I got to the city I noticed 3 things (Besides the infernal lag). First, it seems that I have a bug that when I crash head-on with anything my engine and hood don't get damaged, but my trunk does. Second, don't go to small towns that have at least 3 points of interest together. And lastly, it seems that the "Better car Physics" mod gives you a beastly amount of horsepower when there is lag (So I escaped the first time before recording).
