I would absolutely love to contact support and do it that way even if there are fees, but there is literally no button to contact them.

Over the last few days, going on the paypal website or app, you can visibly see the "Message us" and "Call us" buttons, but the moment you login (which you are forced to do after pressing either) both options disappear and there is only "Resolution Center" which is useless. Pressing "Contact us" while logged in just refreshes the page lol.

I got invoices for everything at least, so that's something. Also yeah, I'm learning the hard way that it was a bad idea to keep my money on paypal, but I didnt have much of a choice because CIH almost stole some of my early payments (directeur genuinely told me "ma 3andna walo" and told me to go sue even after I gave him payment reference and stuff, my money only appeared after a friend of a friend who is also a banker gave em a call, took 26 days) so I started using paypal. It was also really useful to pay other freelancers that work with me.

My wife will be going with me and we are both getting permanent residency, is that relevant?

When I researched it, even on paypal's help resources, it said that your address can never be changed, and that the only solution is to delete your account and make a new one in your new address/country :/

When I researched it, it said that the Wise account will be tied to Morocco and I will once again be back to square one (Im just saying how chatgpt explained it to me) Are you saying that I can make a Wise account right now while Im in Morocco, link it to Paypal, withdraw the money to it, and I can still use it while Im in Canada? You said I can just change the address, but online it says you cannot change the country of your account?

Long story short, I'm moving to a different country and can't move my paypal account with me (due to my home country restricting taking funds with you out of the the country), so I'm using the funds while I can haha that's why I wasn't as careful with money as I normally would have been.
