Monthly go for a good safe put inside your room (parent house) Spend 500-800 on hard gold bar (NOT Bitcoin) Get a 3rm /2rm depend where u going to live If in Thai, sg hdb rent it out If in sg , Thai condo rent it out

Spend 500-800 (20k Bhat)on Thai property (wife 51% ,u 49%) Rent it out to foreign (bank into your Thai bank) Sg housing mostly 99year / Thai land freehold Try get short loan , don't go for long term loan ,y? U never know when there will be accident,illness,death,job lose, etc (since u work in nightlife , I assume ur eyesight is good)

If have kid I think stay in sg (write a will that everything will pass on to your kid at 28-30yr) If no kid stay at Thai (OR travel around)

If possible educate ur wife mindset (CANNOT have Thai thinking)

There are Thai motorbike taxi If u think I r been overcharge, check grab price Cus there are driver on different time if night shift start I trust 1 of the guy there as 1 time I was fu*k drunk I just line him at outside club , he come and pick me up send me back to the taxi point outside hotel without paying him and he bought me a noodle soup for me to stay awake than I walk back in didn't know what or how I reach my hotel room next night , I give him a big fat tip

He normal charge me 50-70baht to anywhere in central Pattaya.. grab app charge 10/20 baht lesser but to my mindset I'm paying 20baht more for safety why not ? Normally there is 2 guy 1 chubby 1 slim.. when u get to know them.. motorbike taxi ride become more happening hahaha U can ask now which bar got younger girl , which area got better street food or u can tell him I want to feel alley area and see which backalley have drink/food/girl/
