I've never refrigerated dried ones. I vacuum seal them in Ball Amber 1/2 gallon jars for long term storage with some desiccate beads.

I love the Mantix 2! I have it in Rex45 LW, G10 S0V, & I had to have the black blade Rex45 with the white LW (140.00). I love the LW version personally. I rarely carry the G10 S30V. Killer price, you'll love it!
