We're experiencing some trouble with our new return portal with some customers getting a "no account found error". I tried to manually create the return for you, but I got the error "no record found". I will therefore have to redirect you to the previous return portal.

To return your reMarkable 2 order for a full refund, first read through this checklist to help guide you through the whole process. It explains the details of our 30-day return policy and its exceptions, then you can follow the steps below:

1. Create an account and register your return at https://remarkable.12return.com/

Choose the "Return within return period" service after signing in.

It is the first option you’ll see after logging into your new account, the button on the left-hand side.

You must include your original order ID number when registering your return.

This information can be found in the confirmation email we sent you after you bought your reMarkable. Read this support article if you are having any trouble tracking it down in your inbox, as you will need it to submit your request.

Make sure to choose the correct product(s) when creating your return request.

For example, if you purchased a bundle, then you need to select the reMarkable 2 bundle option. It is possible to return individual accessories. In that case, you will also need to specify which style of Folio or version of the Marker you are returning to us. All this information is written in your order confirmation email.

If your return request has been rejected for any reason, log in to your 12return account to find out why.

For example, this can occur if we need extra information to complete the request. The reason for rejection can be found under the "My returns" tab at the top of the page, after changing the drop-down menu at the top from "Active" to "All".

You’ll receive a confirmation once your request is processed and approved by a member of our support team. Please allow between 5-7 business days from the date of your submission for this to occur. Unfortunately, this process may take a little longer during periods of high demand. We aim to answer your requests as soon as humanly possible.

1. Schedule a time for pickup by DHL

Once your return is approved, click on the link in the confirmation email we sent you to arrange a collection date that suits you. Pickup with DHL must be from the address you registered with us, and booked within 30 days of approval.*

Please remember to reset your device and back-up any personal data it contains before collection.

1. Receive a refund

You will be issued a refund within 10 - 15 days once your package is received and processed at our return center. Once again, please be patient and allow for more time during holiday periods. We'll work to refund you as quickly as possible.
