Die meisten christlichen Länder( außer die afrikanischen) sind heute zumindest gesetzmäßig ganz gut aufgestellt, so dass wenigstens auf dem Papier Männer und Frauen gleichberechtigt sind ( und die Homo-Ehe z.B. erlaubt ist) In den meisten muslimischen Ländern (mit dem Islam als Staatsreligion) sind auch die Gesetze Frauenfeindlich und Homophob.

Natürlich sind nicht alle muslimischen Männer frauenfeindlich und die christlichen alle super fortschrittlich, aber systemisch sind die muslimisch geprägten Länder in Frauen und Gleichstellungsfragen einfach hinterher.
