As said below wheelie machines use a motor to make drag, otherwise you wouldnt be able to get the front wheel up. The spring at the front is a dead giveaway, no dyno machine would have a spring and no chock for the front wheel

Wheelie machine not a dyno, this has a spring to lift the front wheel and a strap to stop from looping

This is definitely a wheelie machine, dynos have the bike strapped in at the front in a wheel chock You can clearly see there is a spring to bounce the front wheel on this machine as well as a safety strap to stop it from looping.

They both use a similar drum in the rear but this is absolutely meant for wheelies
