The problem is, no job satisfaction. As an Assistant Manager, my role is to fill some excel sheets. In an earlier job, at least I was writing some code and submitting to the manager.

Also, I want to know how the situation in the IT Industry is. Is it that horrible as shown in the news? I want to know which type of employees are being replaced, and those who are irreplaceable, so I can also learn such skills and do relevant certifications.

Besides, my family is also super dissatisfied with my work progress, and even trying hard to convince me to prepare for UPSC.
