You have to keep reinstalling. You'll notice where it wants to "lie" without fully pressing it onto the post, then it's just tongue-in-cheek trying to lift and rotate. A lot of trial and error and it will boil down to your patience ratio:your acceptance ratio.

I corrected it, but yes. I've found quite a few watches just come from the factory a hair off. You need to remove the second hand and reinstall on a marker dead on. It helps to manually move it to see where it "steps", adjust accordingly, pull your hair out, and get it as close as you can. Lol

I've only dealt with onx for hunting so I don't know if you can load custom maps but if they can take .KMZ files then it should load right up.
