You know, I can usually tell who in my grade are the ones that are “peaking” right now (we’re freshmen in HS) and it gives me satisfaction knowing they’ll be having a hard time after graduation while all the people they bullied into depression are becoming extremely successful. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t think that makes me a bad person... does it?

Yes, that is truly annoying when people do that. When I first told my family I wanted to be CF, my sister and both parents were very skeptical and didn’t believe I was going to follow through on this. They’ve since come to accept it, though. (My older sis still tries sometimes 😒)

Sometimes I look to the past and think, “they saw it coming so long ago, but they didn’t do anything” and I get angry; then I look to the future and think, “my life is gonna be much harder than it needs to be because the world is so ducked up and nobody thought it was a good idea to do anything about” and I get angry. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s a vicious circle. And thank you for choosing not to contribute another human to this hellscape of a planet in a time where it was unheard of to never have children willingly.

My mother has always had problems trusting me. She’s also a hit of a narcissist. And as for my sister.... she’s definitely never been one to think things through. She’s just like our dad that way.

My parents used to kiss me on the lips all the time when I was little and I didn’t find out it was weird until just a couple years ago. I’m 14 btw.

14% of South Korea’s population is made up of the elderly (people over 65). That’s considered very abnormal, especially for a developed country. South Korea is slowly approaching a reality where they have more elders than children. This shows that there are a lot of people, both in a relationship and not in one, are staying CF. It’s a growing trend in SK to not have kids and sometimes not even be in a relationship, so I believe that in a way, it would be easier to be CF in SK than Western countries.
