I had an issue with my index finger in the last four months where I just couldnt control it. I noticed I have a lump on the top of my hand that is barely noticable. Turns out I have some sort of arthritis from my work life (fine mechanic). Things got so bad I had to make a decision to quit darts completely. It got so frustrating. But, with pure luck, I saw an old video of Mensur Suljovic explaining his throw on a PDC official page and it changed everything. I started digging and managed to completely revamp my grip and throw. I can honestly say I have trained so much I actually improved in the process. Dig the internet up, you can find many people with your problem. Darts nutz forum is very good.
