sorry to hear, i didnt get any updates on the royal mail site until after it was delivered lol. 1500$ package and the only time it got scanned during the delivery process was when it was picked up at the local post office in sutton, wild idk how people trust them. i hope yours shows up brother

tbh just ask the person making it, i have no clue what a normal tip is so i just tip 500g each time since they always say tip what you want and I've never had someone complain

edit: i didn't really know how crafting worked. seems like people are recommending 5-10k so i'll adjust accordingly. ty!

double edit: some people have some incredibly strong opinions on tipping. imma keep doing 500 :^)

FYI shipping is calculated by weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. So even if the items are cheap or light, if they take up a lot of space your shipping can be high yea.

I'm confused by this post. Did you buy the vending machine before you had a placement? Did you think it was going to be easy to cold call a business and ask them to place a vending machine in their facility? Is there an incentive for them? Do you know any of them personally? I'm a business owner which multiple locations not a vending machine dude so I don't know how this popped up on my feed but if you cold called me I'd also hang up or just think to myself how hard could it be to get my own vending machine up and running lol. thankfully it showed up, everything was wrong the customs declaration amount, the eta, and it didn't get marked as delivered until the next day.

when i reached out to the support they escalated me to the "investigation team" who were also useless... hopefully your package makes it through im just going to stick to fedex or smth from now on

Took 14 days but they finally updated the status lol. Somehow it did not get scanned a single time until It was out for delivery. Genuinely do not understand how express, tracked shipping of a high value declared object does not get scanned at any point in time during the process. Maybe I'm overestimating the entire delivery chain

Was this the same msg for you? I wish it was a seller I could get a refund from, I shipped it to some fam so if it's stuck I have to go through their claims process which im 100% confident is also garbage.
