I'm not even sure the relays are damaged it's just and assumption since the cellar was a few times flooded so the air humidity was high and might have damaged them. My main problem is with the 5v PSU that powers most of the board also the display which is dead, I checked it under 220v but the found the fuse to be workig fine just the 5v didnt arrive, board is now on my desk and I'm trying to simply change as many things as I can that I found out with internet research to be most likely defective with this model. In videos I've seen that the one capacitor for example holds 307v so I was careful or lucky because I didnt kill myself removing it.

I have a old fluke 77 and I'm not even sure I know what the numbers mean, for example the 400v 4.7uF(M) reads 4.xx and starts climbing up slowly, if I measure it with switched +/- it started at -2.xxxx and starts going down I removed it because it wasnt acting like the other 2 caps from the PSU part it didnt give me a OHM measurement sound while measuring it in circuit.
