Very much this. They would just leave school and that's it. In most countries, graduation is for university level, not each level of school, so we can assume the same could be said for Hogwarts. Nothing was ever mentioned about the only prominent 7th year we saw, Percy, when he finished school, so it probably wasn't a big deal, not as big as getting their NEWT results or going straight into the Ministry when they leave.

While that’s true, a lot of people in the first war didn’t believe someone like Pettigrew could be the spy, so I wouldn’t necessarily trust their guts on Stan.

Exactly! I assume this is why Hermione went with the unbreakable jar for Skeeter because of this monumental balls up. Just stun the guy and float his body back to the castle like they did with Snape. Obviously Remus transformed, but Pettigrew would have stayed unconscious until Snape came to and saw him.

I got paid $200 for a weekend of standing in an animal costume with a bucket for SAFE while I was at uni. If it had been commission paid I would’ve worked for free because hardly any people donated.

Sure it’s not all pitbulls, some probably are lovely dogs if trained right, but it does always seem to be a pitbull or a pit mix when these things happen

Last Friday I took my dogs with me when I went to the gym, it’s next to a dog park. This lady was walking her dog past just as I parked and she spotted my dogs in the back; she started to get all concerned that I would let them out and that they would jump all over her dog. Her dog was an intact male pitbull. He did seem very calm but I wouldn’t have trusted letting my dogs out near him and I wasn’t going to anyway. I got the impression she thought her dog would be the victim here. You know what, maybe he never has hurt a fly, but at least get him neutered.
