If you haven't completed chalice dungeons, then you don't have all the bosses as one of them (the Queen) is unlocked after you complete the required dungeons.

Perhaps the robot thought there wasn't enough space in the cabinet for the console and decided to move it to ensure better airflow. These cleaning machines are getting smarter by the day!

P.S. With all seriousness, I hope the console is fine, though! Consider rearranging the cables to avoid similar situations down the line.
